temppal.gg and its benchmark database are owned and operated by YESLAB Inc. (주)예스랩). Contact: yeslab@temppal.gg.

Permitted Use

You may view the website, search the public benchmark records, and cite limited individual measurements with clear attribution to temppal.gg. Academic citation, commentary, and ordinary linking are allowed.

Restricted Use

Without prior written permission from YESLAB Inc., you may not copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, mirror, republish, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create a competing benchmark database from temppal.gg data.

Automated extraction of the benchmark database, condition-level records, measurement figures, user-submitted study results, or derived aggregate values is not permitted. This includes extraction for commercial services, comparison sites, model training, dataset compilation, or other republication.

Database Rights

The database, measurement protocol, collected records, condition tables, derived metrics, and site presentation are valuable assets of YESLAB Inc. All rights are reserved unless a separate written license says otherwise.

Account and Study Data

When you create an account, temppal.gg may store your email address, email verification status, nickname, country or region, organization, primary game genre, age, gender, vision-correction status, hand-size category, dominant hand, consent choices, and limited sign-up context such as browser language, time zone, viewport, screen dimensions, device pixel ratio, and user agent. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in temppal.gg Firestore profile documents.

If you are logged in while completing a player-side study, your result history may be saved to your account so you can track changes across mice, settings, pads, tasks, and time. Each saved run may include the mouse model, CPI, grip, hand, pad, OS pointer settings, browser-visible display information, display-scale estimate, task results, and sampled pointing traces. Public visitors cannot browse account profiles or saved player-study histories through the website. Anonymized or aggregate summaries may be used for research only when you grant that permission during account creation.

Privacy and Cookies

temppal.gg may use Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Firebase, and related services to operate the site, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and show advertisements. These services may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP-derived region signals, or similar technologies according to their own policies.

Users can manage cookies through their browser settings and may adjust personalized advertising choices through Google ad settings. Account profiles and saved study histories are readable through the website only by the signed-in owner; public population pages use aggregate summaries rather than personal records.

No Warranty

Measurements are published for research, comparison, and public discussion. They are provided as-is and may be corrected, updated, or removed as protocols, hardware, firmware, or analysis methods change.
